Simply login to your DreamGirls account if you’re an existing account holder! It’s the same account you use to store your orders and address book. If you don't already have an account with us, you can create one here!

If you had an existing account with DGhair.com before Sept 30, 2021, you were automatically enrolled in the Rewards program and awarded 25 points for creating an account.

Members redeem points for exclusive discounts! You’ll receive 25 points as soon as an account is created (for existing account holders, this would be on the day DreamGirls rewards launched), and 1 point for every $1 you spend at DreamGirls (when you’re logged in)!

You’ll also have early access to sales, member-only giveaways, birthday points, and the chance to win exclusive prizes.

Give $15, get $15! ♡ Give your friends $15 off their first order of $100 and Get $15 back when each referral successfully places an order.

Please note that this must be your referral's first order and minimum spend for every order is $100. You must also use the same email address that received the code in order for your discount code to work.

If you’ve made a recent purchase and were not logged into your DreamGirls account, you will not earn points for that order and unfortunately, these cannot be added to your account.

Please ensure that you're logged in to the same email account for all future purchases. 

Because you earn points with dollars spent, you will also lose points for every dollar refunded.

If you return for a gift card or an exchange, you will keep the points earned! However, you will not receive new points when your gift card or exchange is issued or redeemed

Reviews are approved and posted to our website within one week of submission. It may take a few additional business days to post the points to your account, but if you still don’t see your points after 3 business days, feel free to reach out!

Please note, you can only earn points for submitting a maximum of 5 reviews. You can write more reviews, but if you’ve received points for 5 reviews you will not receive additional points for reviews.

Yes, your reward points expire after 1 year.

Yes, your coupons expire 1 year from redemption.

You can track your Rewards history by logging into your DreamGirls Rewards account and navigating to your dashboard.
